Neroli & Co offer luxury mobile massage services and connect you with experienced, and vetted therapist to undertake your treatment.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
Before your treatment is due to start please make sure that there is enough space for a massage couch and for the therapist to walk around it, most people have this space in their living room. Also if you have booked a hot stone massage your therapist will need to have access to a plug socket near by. We recommend that you have a dressing gown or a towel ready for you to cover yourself with prior to and after your treatment.
Your therapist will arrive about 5-10 minutes early to set up and do a client consultation, this will include understanding injuries, allergies, pressure and what oil you would like them to use. Please make sure you are in your home, hotel or office at this time. If in the unlikely case that your therapist is running late, you will be informed by a customer service representative. This will not affect the length of time your treatment runs for if lateness is the fault of the therapist. When your therapist does arrive please show them where you would like your treatment to take place and if you are having hot stone massage please show them the plug outlet for their heater and the sink for their flannels.
Your massage therapist once set up will give you some privacy for you to get undressed at a level you are comfortable with and ask you to position yourself on the massage couch for your treatment to start. You should make sure you are at least wearing underwear, no treatment will be undertaken without underwear, if your therapist notices you are not wearing underwear she will ask you once to put some on. Refusal of underwear will not be tolerated and at no point shall you remove your underwear or ask/coerce your therapist for the treatment to be done naked. All services are non sexual and if the therapist is made to feel uncomfortable they will stop the treatment immediately.
DURING YOUR MASSAGE
During the massage your therapist may ask you a question about the pressure they are using and please feel free to let them know if you feel any discomfort during your treatment.Once the treatment is finished your massage expert will give you 5 minutes to rest on the bed and get dressed. Once they re-enter they will answer any concerns you have and take feedback from you. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your treatment, please don’t hesitate to contact us on email@example.com to voice your concerns.
Please note: With deep tissue massage (Rebalance My Body) it is common to occur moderate pain during and after which should subside within 24-48hours.
CANCELLATION AND BOOKING AMENDMENTS
In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your appointment please see below for our cancellation policy:

The appointment cancellation policy is designed to protect you and our therapist, though we do understand that plans can change quickly. If you have made a mistake with your booking you are given a 15 minute grace period to make amendments, please contact 0330 122 4994 immediately to cancel or amend an appointment without charge.
PRICES AND OPERATING HOURS
All prices quoted are inclusive of all fees including therapist fees, oils and travel. There are no hidden fees.
Bookings are available between 8.30am - Midnight with the last appointment being 11pm. If you wish to have a massage after Midnight please call us on 0330 122 4994 as there is an additional surcharge for this service.
